This is the extraordinary story of the birth of our son on August 11, 2024, a day when the heavens unleashed their fury, and a doctor’s unwavering dedication turned what could have been a tragedy into a miracle.

My wife was admitted to Cloud Nine Hospital in Sector 47, Gurgaon, on August 10, 2024, as we eagerly awaited the arrival of our child. The next morning, the skies opened up, and Gurgaon’s notorious waterlogging began. Streets transformed into rivers, and visibility was reduced to almost nothing. By 11 a.m., the assistant doctor had moved my wife into the labor room, preparing her for delivery as the rain showed no sign of letting up.

Just then, my phone rang. It was Dr. Anu Sidana, our trusted doctor, calling to inform me that her car was stuck in the flooding, and she couldn’t reach the hospital. The hospital had dispatched an ambulance to pick her up, but with the city drowning in water, there was no guarantee she would arrive in time. As my wife’s labor pains intensified, the assistant doctor did everything possible to comfort her, while the rain continued its relentless assault.

Minutes later, another call came in—this time a video call. The doctor showed me the inside of the ambulance, where water was already seeping in. In a frantic bid to find help, I reached out to my friends. They promised to pick up Dr. Anu, but the question remained—how? The waterlogged streets had already stopped an ambulance in its tracks. Still, they set out, determined to find a way to bring her to the hospital.

Just as I was about to lose hope, I received a call from Dr. Anu that shook me to my core. “Sir, I’m boarding a tractor,” she said, her voice unwavering despite the chaos. “The water is waist-deep, and there’s no other way. If your friends can meet me at Goodearth Mall, the tractor will drop me there.” I was speechless. This wasn’t just dedication; this was heroism.

My friends managed to find an autorickshaw, but even that was a Herculean task. The autorickshaw battled through the flooded streets, swaying dangerously as heavy vehicles passed by, sending waves of water crashing against it. But against all odds, they reached Dr. Anu and brought her to the hospital.

When she arrived, drenched but undeterred, she wasted no time. She quickly disinfected herself, donned her apron, mask, and head cap, and entered the labor room. Very rude staff as well doctor. She has given very high *** ****** dose to.my wife *** * **** ** *********** ** **** ** **** ********* When I visited her clinic for refund of medicine of around 1000 rupees, they refused to take back and shown ******** *** rude behaviour which was never expected from any doctor. I suggest never visit such doctor.

I have known Dr. Anu since the beginning of 2018, when I had my first chemical pregnancy. By Meeting her just for once , I knew she is going to be my Gynae and I am glad I chose her. After a year and half I was able to conceive naturally under her supervision and once I conceived she took utmost care to take the pregnancy to the term. Just after my positive Beta HCG levels tests, she asked me to get Taxoplasma tests done ( I was surprised , I had told her I have cats a year ago and she remembered that). The attention to those minute details and patient history all the time without having referring to notes is something remarkable about her. She used to explain each week/ month in detail and the care to be taken. Her decision making power in the case adverse events where she won’t just leave it to the patient to arranging another doctor while is away even for a day. I suffer Fibromyalgia ( pain sensitivity disorder ) and Vitiligo , both being autoimmune diseases , she managed it well till the last day of delivery. I have had a smooth pregnancy till 30th week and at I developed labour pains at 31 weeks. She was able to take me to 37 weeks 1 day when we decided to have a LSCS as my baby was breech. If you are looking for a doctor who is considerate ,up to date to Morden advances in sciences in reproductive education etc , decisive and accountable please go to her without any doubt . I would like to thank her staff who patiently administered injections to me without being hasty despite being super occupied.

The location of the clinic was wrong on practo. They didn’t even care to update it. I went somewhere else and could not even reach the clinic number. I waited for more than one hour for appointment. The doctor barely spend 5 mins with me and did not care to listen to my problems. Will not suggest this doctor to anyone.

Her, In house hospital facility is very good with all the facilities & equipments available. Good hygiene and cleanliness. Staffs are very supportive and competent. Mam and her staffs were available 24x7 after my delivery till my discharge to monitor me and my child well.
