I am delighted to share my positive review for the Cloudnine Hospital Sector 47, Gurgaon, particularly for the excellent ambiance and exceptional care provided by Dr.Nikita Sobti, Dr. Bijendra Kumar Sinha, and their excellent team. My recent experience at the hospital was beyond exceptional. From the moment I entered the hospital, I was impressed by the cleanliness, calmness, and serenity of the environment.

The hospital's ambiance was simply outstanding; it was well-organised, spacious, and designed to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure that patients had access to a tranquil and healing environment, which is vital for the recovery process.

However, the most remarkable aspect of my experience was the care provided by Dr.Nikita Sobti. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and I felt like my wife was in excellent hands from the moment I met her. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and provided us with a clear and concise diagnosis and treatment plan.

Throughout our stay at the hospital, Dr.Nikita Sobti kept a close eye on my wife's progress and provided us with regular updates on her condition. Her approach was holistic, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my wife's well-being. Thanks to her expertise and care.

Overall, my experience at the hospital was exceptional, and I cannot thank enough Dr. Nikita Sobti, Dr. Bijender Kumar Sinha, Nurse Saumya and Pallavi, and their entire team for their outstanding care. I would highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Nikita Sobti to anyone seeking medical care in the area. They are truly the best!

She is not just a doctor but your friend, a counsellor who will guide you at every step. Mine was a high-risk pregnancy but the journey was smooth because Dr. Puuja was always on her toes to take utmost care and preventive actions by her smart and accurate diagnosis. There were some challenges during my delivery but Dr. Puuja didn't give up and put all her efforts into ensuring my safety and well-being.

Unlike other doctors, Dr. Puuja always gives personal attention to each of her patients, she will go the extra mile to ensure that both mother and baby are doing well and sound. She will consult with other doctors on your behalf for opinion and the right medication in case a specialist opinion is required for example gastroenterologist. She is always reachable to you over the phone in case of emergency even if it's 2 AM. She will listen to all your queries and apprehensions patiently and give you the right advice with proper logic and details.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Puuja for all her efforts, hard work, and attention all this while. Thank you for bringing our little boy into this world and supporting us at every step. She is always in rush,Sometimes wind up meeting in 5 mins, and never listen to patients. Here are my honest review after being in touch with Dr Parul Jain in Cloud Nine for 9 months. We trusted her blindly and followed her completely, thats what we are supposed to do.I had many complications(cholestasis of pregnancy, gestational diabetes, thyroid) along with cord in baby's neck. But doctor never insisted for C-Sec instead recommended Normal delivery induction and said she will do C-sec in case of emergency.

I was admitted in Cloudnine at night time around 8:45pm for the labor induction procedure but Dr Parul was not there. Hospital staff was not able to understand the criticality though I was there for 9+ hours on continous fetal rate monitoring via NST and Dr Parul came in morning around 6:40 AM next day, when it was already too late. My husband was chasing everyone to ask why NST machine is beeping, it had happened thrice on that night and he himself informed about dipping fetal rate to nurses .. We lost our full term baby in 39 weeks **** ******* ** ***** *** *** ******* ** ********* Later doctor informed us the reason of death was Meconium(poop) Aspiration and cord around neck

Be careful while trusting on anyone we might be a case for them but it's our life and we have to live with this boundless pain and irrecoverable loss.

Dr. Witty Raina doesn't even deserve a half star. I went to this doctor for my first pregnancy but was not satisfied at all.* *** ** ***** **** ** ******* She never bothered to console me about the situation and always played a fear psychosis. Ultimately I had a miscarriage and during that time also she always made me feel negative about the entire situation. During my pregnancy, my all scans were done by Dr. Witty herself. After 14 days of the miscarriage, Dr. Bhavna did the ultrasound and Dr. Witty told me that there is a Polyp and it could be cancerous and I was told that I have to get Hysteroscopy/RPOC removal same day itself and I should get admitted for the procedure. It sounded odd to me so I consulted two other doctors along with new scans & other diagnosis outside Cloudnine Hospital *** **** *** ******* ********* **** ********** ** ****** *** ***** *** ** ***** ****** *** ** ********* *** ********* ***** ******* ***** **** *** **** **** ****** *** *** ******* *** * **** ** **** **** * ** *********** ******** **** * ****** ***** ******* *** ******* ***** **** ** *** ***** ****** ** ********* **** **** ******* ** **** I really wish I would have consulted other Doctors outside Cloudnine as well during my initial stages of pregnancy. Pregnancyis the most cherished time for a woman *** *** ***** **** ** ***** ******** ** **** ** ** ********* ****** *** *** I will ensure nobody in my circle will ever go to Cloudnine Gurgaon.

If you are a new mother and want to a good motherhood experience, I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DOCTOR. I went there for NT scan, appointment was for 11AM, and waited till 6 PM and the scan was still not complete. During this 6 hour wait, she just checked 3 times and said baby is not in the position we cannot do the scan and it can take days. They checked at 12 PM, then 5PM and 6PM. 4 hours of gap between the checking and it is expected that the baby will be in position after 4 hours of mother being exhausted. They book more appointments than they can manage, and on top of that allow walk-ins as well. She started yelling when I requested if they can call my husband to see the baby after the scan. "I don't work for your husband/ You don't understand that baby needs to be in this position/ This scan can take days" were the things she said while yelling. Which made me and my husband incredibly uncomfortable, that we had to cancel our package at cloud nine just because of her behaviour. Atlast, I went for the scan in nearest hospital and the scan was done within 15 mins and the doctor made me so comfortable.

We consulted Dr. Deepika at the onset of our pregnancy and the first visit itself convinced us that we had landed at the right place!

She makes her patients comfortable enough, encourages open communication and really listens to them. She heeded to our stupidest doubts without judgement. This journey wouldn't have been so smooth, had it not been for her perpetual guidance and support at every step. A lot of doctors provide treatment and consultation but she sails with you through your endeavour! She builds a relationship of trust with her patients which we believe is a necessity in this important phase of every parent's life.

We had to opt for unavoidable C Section due to CPD, but her constant reassurances helped us prepare well in advance and kept our spirits high. Even after being discharged from hospital, she called to check if we were fine.

Thank you Doctor for helping us bring Darsh into this world! Right from the very first signs, to his first kicks, to his first cry, you made us feel at home. Forever grateful to you!

Very good experience with Dr. Parul Jain from pre-birth, delivery to post-birth care

One of my friends recommended her and I started visiting her in Cloudnine Hospital in the 7th month of my pregnancy. As soon as I met her I realized I am in good hands, She was very humble and friendly and explains everything very well in detail and clears all my doubts.

As I was already in my third semester, From my first checkup she started preparing me for normal delivery by giving me good suggestions in terms of nutrition, exercise and the right combination of medicines, and what to expect in the coming months. She has a very friendly personality and I felt really comfortable around her and throughout my pregnancy, she was always reachable on mobile/ WhatsApp and also gives online consultations.

She came to the hospital for my delivery at 03:00 am and She was very much supportive during my delivery and made me entirely comfortable and managed a normal delivery, I was blessed with a baby girl and I am really grateful to Dr. Parul Jain for making my pregnancy and delivery experience really comfortable.

I started consulting Dr Puuja from first month of conceiving. I got Doctor’s reference from one of my friends who had a very good experience with her. Hence I decided to consult her from the very beginning though her clinic being a bit far from my residence but it was all worthwhile as I too had a very pleasant experience with her from start till the end. The Doctor looked at each aspect very clinically and recommended proactive measures to ensure the entire pregnancy journey was smooth. The doctor has a strong eye to catch potential issue one may have and she will be very proactive in her approach. She recommended some tests that were very instrumental in early diagnosis and treatment of anomalies in the reports. She recommended extra caution including travel, exercise and dietary regime. I think this came a good way in ensuring that I build a good strength to delivery the baby. The doctor was very supportive to accommodate late evening visits as well as responding to queries on whatsapp. Her overall support till the end and her continuous push to do exercise ultimately helped me in having a normal delivery. I am very fortunate and grateful for the guidance and support I received from Dr Puuja. I highly recommend her for pregnancy treatment if one wants a smooth journey with the right treatment being given at the appropriate stage to avoid any major complications.
