Hi, I am sharing my experience with you all that will help you to think that how important it is to seek professional help. Psychologist Vaneeta Chopra, used to say that either me or any other professional you choose trust on them completely. I have relationship issue.. I was sulking in a relationship where I wasn't very expressive and because of that I usually got victimised with everyone in the house or outside, mainly by my partner. Life was tough, getting very tough , day by day, emotional distress. I started harming myself. Depressive suicidal thoughts... Wanted to disappear..My mind had taken a control of me.
