Off Late, I had excruciating pain in my coccyx or natal cleft region, and Ajay doctor diagnosed it as pilonidal sinus. But after the surgery, I developed excruciating post-dural puncture headaches which make me feel nauseated and fatigued always making me feel like puking. So how long will my bouts of the headache last and when will I get respite from my agonizing headache? I have one question lingering in my mind: why did the pilonidal sinus sprout in just a span of one week of my moderately intense jogging which I was recommended to do as I was considered obese? Will this pilonidal sinus disease recur periodically if I start moderately intense jogging again? Why am I more susceptible to this disease and what are the precautionary measures I need to take to preclude the recurrence of the pilonidal disease?
