Mrs Meenu,I will try to expose your agenda step by step. First of all ,after your recent visit we have raised a complaint with practo to block you from making any further appointments with us for your inappropriate behaviour of you and your son. U have visited our clinic three times...with 2 skin issues..u have visited for the second time only after your first skin issue is resolved in less than 9days..we have given you a free consultation ,even after your window for second visit is over(we shouldn't have done it because you took us for granted). Ma'am i have consulted you in your mother tongue, trying to make you feel comfortable.each time we have given you more than 30 minutes of consulting time..we have CCTV footages. When u came for third visit,you and your son raised some questions regarding the medicine, application,expiry date etc for which we clarified everything.. though we don't have a return policy for pharmacy ,the harsh tone in which you spoke made us take back the medicine,we didn't even check whether is sealed or open..you sort of misbehaved with me and my assistant in the waiting area.... Ma'am medicines come in a standard pack.. standard ml...if your area of skin issue is small,u have to check it before buying. But when you also had other skin doubts ,we asked you to pay fee which really irked you..we already didn't charge u for second one,but we can't treat you free for weeks together.. -You are the first one to call us non friendly,which is sort of a joke.. only not funny..but friendliness is a subjective term ma'am, smiling and addressing your skin issue is friendly for me..for you it might be anything else. - Regarding explaining the health issues..you had one skin condition on other..I have patiently told you that you had contact Dermatitis due to application of some xyz medicine on white patch there from 1 year,then we treat it first, only when this is gone,we treat underlying condition. .so in 30 minutes plus time consultation if I have not been explaining you this ma'am, I must be narrating a movie story or we must be family friends to talk about whereabouts which we are not...my cctv has voice capture ma'am..il share if you can comedown. -Regarding Trust...if you didn't have trust why did you visit 3 times?? -Regarding treatment ma'am...I have asked you to visit after 3 weeks but surprisingly the contact Dermatitis have vanished with in 9 days with medicine..how bad are we.. Your vitiligo will take few months to resolve ma'am after using various combinations..be patient. Ma'am, kindly spread positivity.. Haven't we learnt anything from Pandemic....
