Hi, My name is Bhanukiran recently I met Dr. Ch. Venkata Pavan Kumar Garu about the issue I am facing and done with Fistuletomy Surgery successfully by him. I am writing this review post 1 week after my surgery. He is very down to Earth, Humble, Friendly, and good at receiving. He filled confidence in me as this was my 2nd surgery. Despite his busy schedule, He used to clarify all my doubts with much patience. On the day of my Surgery, OT was totally busy and I was waiting for my turn and the Doctor texted me the situation and mentioned the time slot of my turn then I got relaxed. No one informed me about the situation, This is the best example of His responsibility towards his patients. I would like to recommend his services to whoever is in need of meeting a good and caring doctor.

Firstly, doctor is not available on the booked slots. I waited for almost 45 minutes during my three visits. I went with complaints of stomach upset and a small bulge in anal region. He diagnosed it as a perianal abcess in the first analysis and told it can be a minor fistula. Given medications for 10 days and told some food restrictions. Took medications as he suggested, *** *** ******** ******** ***** **** ****** ********* *** ******** ******* He suggested MRI during the second visit and prescribed same medications. MRI report was normal. On the third visit with MRI report, ** *** ************ ** *** ******* ******* *** suggesting another tests like Ultra Sound and all. And when I am saying my stomach problems he is diagnosing it as multiple issues for each word I say. (eg: If I say I have bloating, he says you have gastritis and writing medicines for it. ** ***** ***** ** ********** **** ** *** **** ***** *** ********** I went to another doctor *** *** ***** ** ******** ******* *** ***** *** *** ******** ** ** * ******* ******* *** * ***** **** *** ****** ** ********* ****** ******** ** ****
