I will recommend Dr Suma for Neuro related illness treatment. We had a emergency situation where my grandmother had showing symptoms of Paralysis then we had to rush to the hospital for treatment. We had take In-patient treatment for 3 days. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Suma K. Typically, I find doctors to be friendly and good listeners however, she was neither. She did not pay attention to what I was experiencing or how I was feeling.I consulted her for neck pain and leg issues. I explained that I was struggling to express my leg symptoms clearly and even showed her a screenshot from Google that described my exact problems. ******* ** ******************* *** ********** *** *** *** ******** ******** ** ******* **** *** ** *** **** * ********I asked her to take a moment to look at the screenshot so she could better understand what I was trying tocommunicate, but she simply told me to put my phone away. This was her response to me as a patient. I later had a conference call with a representative regarding these concerns. She stated she would acknowledge the issue, but I don't believe any action has been taken.I believe doctors should be good listeners, but in this case, Dr. Suma was not attentive at all. Patients consult doctors for various reasons, and it's essential for the doctor's response to be supportive.
