Mr. Riju Raj Roy

Mr. Riju Raj Roy has a total of 11 years of experience in clinical practice, including 9 years as a licensed clinical psychologist. He holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Post Graduate Institute of Behavioural and Medical Sciences, Raipur, an MSc in Applied Psychology from Pondicherry University, and a B.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi. He is currently a fellow at the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis, USA.His areas of expertise encompass a broad range of psychological issues, including emotional and adjustment problems, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction issues, child and adolescent mental health, marital and couple therapy, and LGBTQ mental health. Mr. Roy is trained and experienced in several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Stress Management Techniques.Mr. Roy believes that success is never-ending and failure is never final, reflecting his commitment to continuous growth and resilience. Outside of his professional practice, he enjoys reading, traveling, playing with his pets, listening to music, cooking for his family, gardening, and working out.
