9.40pm time was allotted & there was no response from the doctor.

I had to call twice & they said she’s in a surgery.

Then, i got a call back from the doctor, I told her I have paid for the video-consultation & she said she has a network issue.

I doubt that it was really the doctor or her staff in the clinic that I spoke to earlier.

She consulted me for 5-10 minutes on the phone call & that’s it.

I felt like she didn’t have alot of patience in listening & I am not at all satisfied with the money I spent or the experience I had.*** *** * **** ************** *********
