Hi..my slef Dr Siddarth ( ENT postgraduate of osmania medical college) and i am very glad to share my experience with Dr Vikram Aerra sir has done CABG ( Bypass surgery ) to my father for a tripple vessel coronary artery disease. Im briefing my experience as below

1. Recieveing the patient is very nive amd interaction is too good

2. Clear cut and precise diagnosis- ability to explain it in a most possible simplest manner with accurate info. This avoids a panic situation of elderly people.

3. Explaination of Treatment plan.

4. As myself i am a doctor i want to tell that Dr Vikram sir is following the updated and advanced techniques of surgery till date, so that patient can get benefited the maximum, which is there in that particular subject till date.

5. Such techniques are like

-doing surgery on beating heart ( which lowers the risk of post operative rythem abnormalities)

- capable of doing arterial grafting which will have longer duration of graft patency compared to venous grafts.

6. For surgeries like open heart surgeries..there will be so many anticipated risks post operatively...anticipation of complications, preparedness and management is too good. Giving moral support fir patient and attenders is a the most important factor , and this doc is too good at it.

7. Co ordination with other doctors is also too good, obviously patiemt gets benifitted.

Its not only a very good experience , but also best treatment so that one can simply go for Dr Vikram Aerra with out any hesitation or second thought.

My experience with my Mother’s Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery(CABG)

I am Mrs Madhavi Muppalla. My mother aged 54yrs started experiencing piercing central chest pain on minimal exertion over few months. Consulted a local Cardiologist, who investigated my mother and investigations revealed Triple Coronary artery disease and was advised Coronary artery bypass surgery.

We thought Bypass surgery is a routine one these days but to our bad luck, CT aortogram showed extensive calcification of Main artery called Aorta , artery to Left kidney was narrowed and one artery going to brain was blocked 70% Porcelain Aorta in medical terminology. Our Cardiologist explained to us about the complexity and high risks involved with the surgery.

We approached couple of hospitals and we weren’t satisfied with the counselling. One of friend suggested Dr Vikram Aerra, Senior Cardiac Surgeon at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

We consulted Dr Vikram Aerra along with my mother and we were impressed with the way he explained my mother’s condition in a language we could easily understand. Interaction with him was good. He is very polite and answered our questions with utmost patience. my mother immediately decided to go for surgery. Surgery was done and everything went well according to the plan. Post operative care was excellent. We as a family is grateful to Dr Vikram Aerra and Team.

I am 42 years old male and I was diagnosed with CTO. This is the same block which was treated with stent 5 years ago and completely blocked now. I delayed regular check up by 2 years due to covid, which proved be fatal.

When I knew about my condition, me and my family were very much worried and concerned as we heard that bypass surgery will be the only option to treat this condition, CTO with prior stent.

But when I met and talked to Dr. Sudhir Koganti at Citizens Hospitals, Hyderabad, I got lot of confidence felt very safe. Even before treatment, just interacting with him made me feel safe. On 9Feb2022, he performed very complex stenting procedure and opened the block. I later came to know that he is one of the very few doctors who can perform this kind of complex stenting procedure in whole of India, and also the equipment he used is pretty rare in India. The procedure was big success, and I was discharged next day.

I am extremely happy, satisfied and thankful to Dr.Sudheer. He has vast experience as Interventional Cardiologist and highly qualified, I feel lucky that I met Dr.Sudheer. He is friendly, approachable and understands patients concerns. He was considerate at the time of billing also. Cost was significantly less compared to other hospitals.

The whole experience of admitting to hospital to discharge was hassle free. Thanks to Mr.Ganesh, personal assistant of Dr.Sudheer. Right from diagnosis, he was with us. Hospitalization with critical disease is traumatic experience for any patient and family members. But Ganesh made me and my wife feel very comfortable and took care of all administrative things. He followed up and arranged all the necessary things at the hospital. He was very empathetic and always available. Thanks to him, I never felt that anxiety of being in hospital.

The staff in ICCU are professional and caring. Food from canteen was good and tasty. My overall experience of Citizen Hospital was very good.

I went for consultation with Dr Suresh Chandra, regarding vasectomy operation. Unfortunately he sent me to an another doctor Dr Deepak Sharma. I went through the operation next day. During the operation the senior doctor along with a junior doctor Sruti handled operation so roughly. Surprisingly, the doctor had no patience even wait for Anastasia begin to work and immediately started operating. I was literally under so much painful situation. This is part one.

Part two: I went to hospital again to get the stitches removed after 6 days. Here the nurse Ms Sumati is such a buzy person that in 45 seconds she removed 4 stitches. You can imagine how careful she might be while removing the stitches. As a consequence, two stitches were still attached inside the scrotum. Nurse told doctor that everything is fine and the doctor didn't care to look at the condition. After two days I was still feeling uncomfortable and pain has started, immediately I visited our office doctor and he removed two stitches under the skin which were not removed earlier by the nurse. I visited Dr.Jyoti for the 1st time in Continental Hospital for pre-pregnancy consultaion in February, 2022. She listened and understood our query thoroughly and suggested necessary tests for both me & my husband. She also adviced the necessary meds I should be taking even before conceiving. Since all my test reports were good, she straightway asked to visit post conceiving, and avoided unnecessary visits unlike most other doctors. I re-visited post conceiving few months later & since then we comnected more. She used to thoroughly check & listen to any concern I had and always suggested whats best for me & baby. Every time I visited her, I always felt so happy & never disappointed. She adviced only the necessary meds that would keep me & my baby healthy, she also suggested a good diet for me. I delivered a healthy baby boy on 30th september 2023, and was only relaxed all during the whole process coz of Dr.Jyoti. Me & my husband had full faith on her coz she really is too good. She & her team kept continuously monitoring me & baby's health right from the time I was admitted till I was released.And her down to earth nature attracts you more to keep continuing the relationship. I have consulted Dr for both my mother and my wife.

My mother has chronical complaint of abdominal pain for last few years. Her CA-125 reported bad, my hometown Dr advised to consult a good Dr with good hospital facilities.

I was knowing Dr Madam before as we were consulting her for my wife. After getting advice from Dr Mam on phone, I brought my mother from hometown during the Covid pandemic situation and surgery was planned the very next day, 6th Aug. There was high suspect of Ovarian Cancer. We were sure that my mother would be into safe hands and cured if treated by her.

My mother underwent major laparotomy exploratory abdominal surgery (TAH BSO, bi lateral ureteric stenting, appendectomy) under her. Knowing the severity of the case, she also involved onco surgeon (Dr. Krishna Kiran) and urologist (Dr. M.Paul Naveen) to provide the **** treatment. It seemed difficult and lengthy surgery. Surgery went successful and recovery was also speedy. My mother and infact my whole family is so much grateful to Dr mam.

I am also consulting Dr mam for my pregnant wife. We have moved away from Hyderabad but still she is so much approachable on call and WhatsApp.

Whatever queries my wife is having are replied by the Dr mam. She has been a big help during pregnancy journey. You can just ask any silly questions and still she answers very patiently.

Very nice doctor, I went for the treatment to high fever lasting for past 15 days with highly elevated CRP

I strongly recommend Dr. Vijay Kumar kolkunda why because when I consult sir has listened to all my problems with patience and note down my case history and explained every thing in detail and I completely satisfied with his treatment and i was cured within 2 or 3 days and all my test results came to normal really a good physician that i never experienced before... I visited Dr. Anitha, as my friend suggested. I had endometriosis and we were in the pregnancy planning stage. Quite a few doctors scared me and scarred me saying endometriosis condition I have will lead to infertility. I was very scared to visit any doctor or even think of getting pregnant. This affected my confidence badly.

When I visited Dr. Anitha she told me that there are levels of endometriosis and that i have nothing to worry about and filled me with confidence and told me nothing is wrong with me.

A couple of months, I was pregnant and doctor suggested medicines which are required and to support me through my gestation, always answered all my questions, supported me through online consultation even in the COVID scenario. I gave birth to a baby boy and am extremely satisfied with doctors support throughout pregnancy and during my labor.

Right from the beginning of my pregnancy I took consultation from her she took keen care in terms of diet and physical exercises that helps for normal delivery. She also made me well prepared mentally aswell as it was my first delivery I was stressed on whether I could bear the pain etc but she told me a lot of relaxing techniques and really encouraged and motivated me. She also supported me during my postpartum. I am really grateful that I have consulted Dr.Radhika mam. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Radhika is great and very efficient doctor in Nallagandla. Two of my Sister in laws and Myself has been guided by her for deliveries over the past 5 years. She is very patient,listens and responds promptly to queries. She was also very supportive during the normal delivery and encouraged me to get it done slowly but efficiently. Didn't suggest unnecessary medication or tests and always with a smile and positive attitude. Anyone looking for gynae in Nallagandla area, I would definitely recommend her for hussle free delivery.
