Dear Therapist

After the COVID I was under continuous stress and anxiety. Last month it spiked when I faced another huge loss in share market then my wife took me to Psychologist at dear Therapist clinic as I was not able to sleep and I was losing my weight. Dr. Shaveta understood my problems and she providing the necessary mental support for living a good life.i Changed my lifestyle and feeling less stress in my daily life I am thankful to her she is indeed a passionate and professional clinical Psychologist. My Psychiatrist asked me to go for counseling session from a Psychologist along with medication. I have taken counseling from Dr. Shaveta at Dear Therapist clinic in Jalandhar regarding OCD.
