She kindly agreed to give me an online session in this crises within 2 sessions, i could share all my problems since childhood and felt heard. I started my treatment with Nitika when I was at the lowest phase in my life and it would be an understatement to say that this treatment really changed my viewpoint about mental well-being. She has always created the most comfortable space for me to vent out which never makes me feel judged.

The best part is that she always asked me questions that help me understand the root cause of the problem and work on it instead of giving me temporary solutions. It always feels as if I'm talking to a friend.
