It is necessary to take proper case history of all patients,that's why I asked you about your address also.A proper case history helps to understand the situation well. There was a internet issue from your side, that's why we opted for audio call and yes i use chat to collect basic information. You want to solve all your problems in just one session??? Is this really possible? And you don't want to share address it means you want to hide things.thats why you become irritated when I repeatedly asked you few questions that you answered falsely.
