I had very bad experience with him. I would never recommend anyone to visit him. I had visited to him at ILS Hospital Saltlake Kolkata for treatment of my 2 yrs old son suffering with high fever. While meeting with him in his chamber, my son got fibral convulsion and he immediately advised for admit. On the moment I agreed for admission. He prescribed some medicine and went away. Rather than explaining any thing about the fibral convulsion that why it came, he humiliated us and attitude was not good. He prescribed some test. While taking the blood sample from son nurses not obtained the sample properly and blown some blood on the bed. Even not handled the sample properly and it got clot. Hence pathologist again wanted to take out the blood from my son. Seeing such thing I refused to admit. When I consulted the doctor he himself says dont come again to meet with me. This attitude was very bad. When I came next day with the report he was not ready to see the blood test report. Even while calling for appointment & seeing the report he cut the call without answering. Every time we have to pay 800 for his appointment even for seeing the report. Even no other doctor of the hospital ready to see the report. Hence I had very bad experience with DR Rajesh Goyal & ILS Hospital Salt Lake both while my first visit to the doctor & hospital.

Don't ever go to this doctor. **** ****** ******* **** **** *************** *** **** behaves rudely. My baby had cold and nasal block *** ******* ** ***** **** Doctor made the mother of the baby remove his wrapper ******** ** *** ********* **** ***** When the baby cried on removal of the wrapper he said it is because the baby is hungry. Had the mother force feed the baby and when the baby was not drinking milk properly as he was clearly not that hungry the doctor started saying that you people don't know how to manage a baby. On second visit we confirmed his timing at the hospital on a call with him. He himself said that he would meet at Columbia at the specified time but when we visited the hospital, he blatantly disagreed to see the baby and even shouted on the desk staff for calling him. ***** *** ********* *** ********* **** **** *** **** *** ***** * ******** **** ** *** **** ** *** ******** *********** Finally, we had to meet an ER doctor and then we changed the doctor ***** *** * ****** ***** ** *** **** ** ******* *****

This all happened when this Doctor himself specified the timing for meeting at the hospital and and ignored the urgency of the baby's health *** *** **** **** ** *** ******* *** **** ******* *** ********* ******* *** ** *** ******** ****** ***** ****** Overall a very bad experience and never visit this Doctor for your baby.

Dr Rajesh goel came late by 1 hout as scheduled and he went straight to nurses chamber n when he came out he started abusing us and said why you have cone. Also he told rudely after hearing fron nurses that we have been enquiring for his arrival. he asked whether we wabt him see baby or not which we flatly refused. He is very rude and unprofessional on timimg.Never recommended such rude dr.

Pros -

a. Maybe good for first-time parents for initial advice about baby care

Cons -

a. Doctors are generally busy and are late but he is awfully late and absolutely unapologetic about it

** **** *********** ***** ********e. Although he has mentioned fees here as 600 but he charged us 800 every time we visited him (we saw him thrice)

He may be a good paediatrician but I would not recommend him to any decent parents/ family

Doctors can come in late as they are very busy so ignoring this concern even though we visited him for a new born

He didn't even check the baby's health once. The moment I started asking questions he started complaining what all things we are doing wrong. Not sure how and why he wrote baby has clear chest while she was coughing and had congestion.

He shut mothers mouth by asking her to feed the child there . Child was cold but he insisted that we don't over insulate the baby. He didn't even hear child had cold problems earlier and forced us to remove her wrapper. Baby was cold and syarted crying but doctor insisted it was because she was hungry. Because of this baby has again fallen sick after doc visit.

Mothers can say most about a baby's problems but he doesn't even allow mother's to speak. Just forces his opinion on patient party.

Very worst. The doctor don't want to listen to anything. He just stick to his own opinion. His behaviour is humiliating. Worst experience.

He is very gentle by nature & I am satisfied his way to treat my 4 years daughter's health issues. Plz I highly suggested that if anyone can go through his medical care.

Dr goel was very attentive to my 3 year childs health issues. She was suffering with complicated health problems and he has addressed them all. He is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for him.
