I moved from my home in the U.S. to India for work this year, and Mansi was a key support to me as navigated various elements of that transition in both the professional and personal spheres of my life. She provided consistently non-judgmental and interculturally-sensitive support to me throughout our work together. I was so appreciative of her keenly attentive listening skills. She had an incredible knack for making connections between whatever I brought up in any given session and details that I’d shared in previous sessions. She also had a way of knowing exactly when and how to share her very thoughtful insights, helping me to become aware of many of my recurring thought patterns. This was (and continues to be!) very helpful to me. I felt like she always met me where I was at emotionally.
Her support staff were awesome as well. Everyone, from her lovely receptionist to the guard outside, always made me feel very welcome. On top of all of this, her office is beautiful. She has clearly put a lot of time and energy into making it a calming, inviting space. It has comfortable couches, lots of beautiful plants, soothing lighting, and is very quiet and private. Just walking into that space always helped me to feel more relaxed.
I would highly recommend Mansi to anyone in need of some support! She is truly remarkable

It is very important that your counsellor makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk into her office, and this is exactly how I felt taking Mansi's counselling. In only a few sittings I was able to understand something that was bothering me for nearly a year, Which I had not addressed earlier. Its true that sometimes you need an unbiased conversation which puts you on a good path- a path that you may be anxious to take but you know for yourself is the right one. Infact, she went through with my appointment even when she was unwell! Great dedication!

My experience with therapy has had its up’s and down’s. I was scared on my first day of therapy, I didn’t know what to expect but I still expected a lot. I was at ease after the first few sessions. I remember the first day I showed emotion, even though it was anger, it was natural, I didn’t hold back. I felt safe and comfortable. She’s helped me get a better understanding of myself and my surroundings which has changed the way I interact. I appreciate her calling my out and not always going with whatever I say, it truly made me look at things from a different perspective. I’m grateful for that.
On the other end, scheduling of appointments has been a problem. I understand that I am not supposed to be dependent on the therapist but sometimes the gaps between sessions are too long and I go the other way. The constant rescheduling makes it difficult for me to talk about things that I need to in the moment and I end up skipping important things to discuss in the session.
I do talk more than necessary and I want to be concise, so do let me know how to go about that. I’ll also like to focus more on how to deal with my anxiety and insecurities.

As an introvert, I always found it hard to share my feelings, least of all the difficult phase I was going through. However, when I met Mansi mam, she put me at such ease that I started to count the sessions in the list of"all good things that happened to me during the day".
She's one of the most empathetic person I have met and it was amazing how accurately she could understand me when I was myself not able to figure out my emotional rollercoaster. A broken marriage and stagnant career had infused lots of negativity and hopelessness in me. It was at this juncture that i decided to undergo psychotherapy. Mansi mam, like a true catalyst, encouraged me to find my own healing mechanism.She didn't repeat any optimism speech which people around me often gave but actually stimulated me to realise it myself.
Despite her busy schedule, mam always managed to communicate and assured me of her presence. I will always be extremely grateful to her for her help.

Dr is very good. I found her to be nice and non judgemental. After few sessions i felt better. Initially i felt worse but then that is normal so stick with the process. Therapy is not magic. It takes time , be prepared to do the work. If you dont help yourself it will not work.

I had started therapy with another therapist and the general ambience and the approach of that therapist nearly put me off and made me question the whole process. Then I saw Mansi and started therapy with her. Within a couple of sessions my belief in therapy was reinstated and it was really helpful and life changing for me. I would very highly recommend her.
