My Mom was Admitted to Fortis Hospital and was recommended for Endoscopy. She was not given any Sedative or Anesthesia before the procedure.
The family was there but was not informed about the time of the endoscopy. Despite having a family there she was told to sign by herself.
She was in severe pain while the procedure and was crying and jumping off the bed. But No one heed her and in fact, everyone who was assisting the doctor was Laughing at my Mom misery.
Later, another patient took his voice and inform them that Mom had stopped breathing for a while, and then they all came into action to take care of the intense scenario. I am trying to reach out to the doctor but all efforts seem in Vain. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
