Description
Flucold DS Suspension is a combination of Chlorpheniramine, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, and Sodium Citrate. This medicine is commonly prescribed to children to treat the symptoms of the common cold such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, nasal congestion, etc. along with cough and fever.
Flucold DS Suspension may cause side effects such as drowsiness, fatigue, dryness in the mouth, dizziness, headache, etc. Consult the doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe.
Flucold DS Suspension should be given exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Give it at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your child's body.
Flucold DS Suspension is not recommended for use if your child is allergic to it. Inform the doctor about your child's medical history and if he/she is on an ongoing medicine regime.

Seizure, also known as epilepsy or fits, is a central nervous system condition in which abnormal electrical signals in the brain are generated, resulting in involuntary movements of the hands and legs, spasms, unusual behaviour, loss of sensation and loss of consciousness. This unusual behaviour, loss of sensation and awareness is a seizure attack.
Flucold DS Suspension should be used with caution if your child has this condition due to the increased risk of worsening of the condition.
Use in Children
Flucold DS Suspension is not recommended for use in children below two years of age since the safety and efficacy of its use are not clinically established.
Missed Dose
Give the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
