Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with Gabafast-NT Tablet as it may increase the risk of side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty in concentration.

Disease interactions
Gabafast-NT Tablet is filtered by the kidney and moved out of the body through urine. Individuals with kidney problems need special dose consideration while taking this medicine due to the increased risk of kidney damage. Dose adjustment may be necessary based on your clinical condition.
Gabafast-NT Tablet should be used with extreme caution if you have heart problems due to the risk of altered blood pressure levels, irregular heart rate, syncope (loss of consciousness), stroke and other heart abnormalities. Your heart functions, including ECG changes, need to be closely monitored while taking this medicine.
If you have pheochromocytoma (a tumour in your adrenal glands, above the kidneys), use Gabafast-NT Tablet with caution as it can cause a severe increase in your blood pressure that can lead to a stroke. Your doctor may adjust the dose or prescribe another alternative medicine if required.
Use Gabafast-NT Tablet with caution if you have Diabetes. Long-term therapy with this medicine may alter your blood sugar levels. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly while taking this medicine. Dose adjustments or the use of alternative medicine may be necessary based on your condition.
