Description

Nasocom Nasal Spray is a corticosteroid containing fluticasone propionate. It is used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (allergic reaction causing sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes) in children, adolescents and adults. Nasocom Nasal Spray works by blocking the release of histamine a chemical that is responsible for allergic reactions. Nasocom Nasal Spray may cause side effects like dryness and irritation of the nose and throat, headache, fever, nose bleeding etc. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects bother you or persist for a long time. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Nasocom Nasal Spray is not recommended for use in children below 3 years of age unless prescribed by your paediatrician. Nasocom Nasal Spray is a prescription medicine. The dose of medicine and duration of treatment of Nasocom Nasal Spray will depend on your condition. Follow all the instructions mentioned on the label for usage or as directed by your doctor. Store this medicine at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Nasocom Nasal Spray can impair your immune system, increasing the risk of getting an infection or worsening a pre-existing infection you have. Hence, maintain proper hygiene and keep a distance from people who are sick or have infections. Inform your doctor if you have heart, kidney, liver or eye problems or infections like tuberculosis before using Nasocom Nasal Spray.
