Description
B-29 Gold AQ Injection is a combination of Methylcobalamin, Niacinamide and Pyridoxine. It is a vitamin supplement used to treat vitamin/nutrient deficiencies and diabetic neuropathy (a condition of nerve damage that may occur due to diabetes). B-29 Gold AQ Injection may cause some less common side effects such as nausea/vomiting, headache, skin rash, diarrhoea, skin irritation, and/or pain at the site of injection, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. B-29 Gold AQ Injection is administered by your doctor in a clinic or a hospital setting. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of the treatment based on your condition. Leber's Disease is a rare genetic disorder characterized by painless and sudden vision loss. B-29 Gold AQ Injection is not recommended for use if you have Leber's Disease as this medicine may cause serious damage to the optic nerve (the nerve that connects the eye to the brain) and worsen your condition.

Severe hypotension

Severe hypotension is a condition of very low blood pressure. B-29 Gold AQ Injection is not recommended for use in such condition as it may cause relaxation of the blood vessels and further lower your blood pressure.

Peptic ulcer disease

B-29 Gold AQ Injection should be used with caution if you have a history of peptic ulcers (sores on the lining of your stomach and intestine) as this medicine may re-activate old ulcers/lead to the development of new ulcers. If you have an active ulcer it may make it worse. Hence, consult your doctor if you have peptic ulcers before starting the treatment.
