D'Cold Total Tablet is mainly broken down in your liver. This medicine should be used with caution if you have liver problems as it increases the risk of liver toxicity. Your doctor may closely monitor your liver function while you are taking this medicine.
Gastrointestinal Diseases
Long-term use of D'Cold Total Tablet may cause damage to the lining of the stomach and intestine. Stomach and intestinal conditions like bleeding, ulceration, and hole in the lining of the stomach or intestinal wall may occur. If you experience chronic indigestion, the appearance of coffee coloured dry blood in stools, or vomiting of blood, contact your doctor immediately, as these symptoms are suggestive of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration.
