Description
Levera 1000 MG Tablet XR is a medicine used in the treatment of epilepsy (a condition of abnormal electrical activity in the brain causing fits). It works by reducing the abnormal excitation of brain cells and helps in preventing seizures (fits). Levera 1000 MG Tablet XR may cause common side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, headache, diarrhoea, indigestion, tiredness, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or become severe. Levera 1000 MG Tablet XR should be taken as advised by your doctor. Take it at the same time every day for the ease of remembering. Do not skip doses or discontinue the treatment abruptly without consulting your doctor, as it may worsen your condition. Your doctor may suggest gradual dose reduction over a period to minimise the risk of increased seizure frequency. Levera 1000 MG Tablet XR should be avoided if you are allergic to it.
