General warnings
Kidney disease and dialysis
Mahagaba M 75 Capsule should be used with extreme caution if you have an impaired kidney function. Your doctor will advise kidney tests while taking this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on your condition and therapeutic response.
Suicidal tendencies
Mahagaba M 75 Capsule may cause suicidal ideation (suicidal thoughts). Caution should be maintained while using this medicine if you have any psychological condition. Driving or operating machines

Withdrawal symptoms
Do not stop using Mahagaba M 75 Capsule abruptly. The risk of withdrawal symptoms is significantly high if it is discontinued suddenly. Complete the treatment with this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Oedema

Heart block
Mahagaba M 75 Capsule may cause heart rhythm abnormalities which could result in a blockage and associated complications. Potential for abuse
Mahagaba M 75 Capsule may cause dependence, especially in chronic alcohol users or in people who have used other habit-forming agents in the past. Rhabdomyolysis
Mahagaba M 75 Capsule has been associated with rare cases of muscle breakdown conditions that affect kidneys. You should report any instance of muscle pain, weakness, the presence of dark reddish colouration of urine, etc., to your doctor on priority. Your doctor may adjust the dose of this medicine or prescribe a suitable alternative as needed, based on your clinical condition.
Use in elderly
Mahagaba M 75 Capsule should be used with caution in elderly. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in elderly people.
Gastrointestinal surgery
