Description
Nebi 2.5 MG Tablet is a medicine used for lowering high blood pressure. It is also used to prevent other complications associated with increased blood pressure like heart attack, stroke (brain damage due to interrupted blood flow) and migraine (severe headache accompanied by nausea and light sensitivity). Nebi 2.5 MG Tablet is available in different doses (2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg, 20 mg). This medicine relaxes your blood vessels while also slowing the activity of your heart. As a result, your blood pressure drops, and it becomes easier for your heart to pump blood throughout your body. Nebi 2.5 MG Tablet shows some common side effects like headache, tiredness, weakness, dizziness, diarrhoea, etc. These are temporary and resolve with time. However, if you experience any severe or persistent side effects, consult your doctor. Since Nebi 2.5 MG Tablet is available in different strengths, your doctor may give you a low dose at the start of treatment to prevent severe side effects. Depending on your response to the treatment, the dose may be gradually increased. Nebi 2.5 MG Tablet can be taken with or without food. Make sure to take this medicine at a fixed time daily to avoid a missed dose. You may need to take this medicine for the rest of your life. Hence, do not discontinue its use even if you feel that your blood pressure is under control. Abrupt discontinuation may lead to side effects or a sudden increase in your blood pressure. To enhance the effects of this medicine, take a low-fat diet, exercise regularly and avoid/quit smoking. To ensure that this medication is working effectively, you should get your blood pressure tested on a regular basis. Nebi 2.5 MG Tablet can interact with other medicines and medical conditions. Inform your doctor about any other medications you are taking, particularly those used to treat high blood pressure or heart problems.
