Use Omcef (200/200 mg) Tablet with caution if you have nerve problems, seizures, depression, or any other psychotic disorder as this medicine may worsen your condition.
Omcef (200/200 mg) Tablet can kill the helpful bacteria in your stomach or intestine and leads to diarrhoea. Use Omcef (200/200 mg) Tablet with extreme caution if you have gastrointestinal diseases, particularly colitis (swelling of the inner lining of the colon), as it may worsen your condition.
Omcef (200/200 mg) Tablet may cause a heart rhythm problem called prolonged QT intervals (an electrical heartbeat disturbance) if you are taking heart medications. It may result in fast, rapid, and irregular heartbeats.
Use Omcef (200/200 mg) Tablet with extreme caution if have kidney diseases due to the risk of kidney damage. Your doctor may adjust the dose of this medicine if required based on your clinical condition.

The test measures ketone levels in your urine. Omcef (200/200 mg) Tablet may result in a false-positive report if this is performed after taking this medicine.
