Description
Sternon-S Ointment is a combination of Betamethasone and Salicylic Acid. It is used in the treatment of skin conditions like eczema (dry and itchy skin) or psoriasis (a skin disease that causes red, itchy, and scaly patches). This medicine works by blocking certain chemicals in your body that cause swelling, itching, and irritation. It also removes the dead skin and promotes healing. Sternon-S Ointment shows common side effects like burning, itching, redness, and dryness of the skin at the application site. These side effects usually subside by themselves as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if it continues to bother you. Sternon-S Ointment is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and any open areas in your body. Use regularly as directed by your doctor. Wash and dry the affected area before application. Sternon-S Ointment is only recommended for external use. Avoid contact with your mouth, eyes, mucous membranes, cuts, or open wounds.

Other medicines

Chronic use
