Roots and Crown clinic is a hidden gem in the tricity. Dr Ankur Vats and his team are doubtlessly the best dental team I have ever been to. Because of COVID-19 and having two co- morbid family members I had been avoiding going to a dentist for over 18 months. Two of my semi-complete RCTs were giving trouble and at least two more teeth were becoming weak due to deep cavities. Dr Vats completed the incomplete RCTs with deftness and did a totally pain free RCT on another tooth. He is extremely competent and genuinely passionate about his work.

His clinic is completely COVID-19 guidelines compliant. He and his team were in PPE kits with double masks and face shields. Each patient is dealt with separately with a big time gap between two patients. He has specialised equipment to change the room air and even sanitize it. The dental chair and the attached equipment is sterilized thoroughly before the next patient uses it.

The clinic, including the waiting area, qis sparkling clean, airy and well ventilated. The patients too are given disposable overalls, head covers, gloves and shoe covers to wear before entering the procedure area.

I'm very happy that I discovered Dr Vats clinic. I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to go to a dentist who has the patience to listen to the problem, explain the issues involved and then deal with them with great skill, care and kindness.

I believe it’s very important for a doctor to show courteous behaviour towards the patient and it alleviates half of their pain. Hence, I am very impressed the way Dr. Ankur Vats has treated me. Therefore, he achieved 10/10 points and half of my pain was gone just because of his behaviour.

Secondly, he seriously deals with each of his patient and go into every detail. Besides he listens to his patients which is also very significant trait of a good doctor, hence 10/10 in terms of his technical knowledge, way of dealing with the patients, strong depth of subject knowledge, and excellent practical skills with regard to aesthetic and conative skills. In a nutshell, a good dentist in terms of his knowledge, attitude, behaviour, and practical skills.

I went to the doctor for an artificial tooth procedure, and I must say, he is the best out there. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. His friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and his attention to detail was remarkable. During the procedure, he constantly checked in to ensure I was feeling okay, which really made me appreciate his professionalism and care. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with a warm, friendly attitude. I left feeling confident not just about my new tooth but also about the care I received.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ankur for my dental needs, and I must say that my experience was well above my expectations. I felt welcomed and at peace the moment I walked into the facility.
