Highly Unprofessional, Rude, Arrogant behaviour as a Physiotherapist..Have meet many others from this field but none so cold like her ...She was there to treat a family member for knee surgery...

From day one she insisted on visiting as per her suitability, anytime during the day citing her kids school timings and other random responsibilities

Further, she kept on insisting that patient should adjust as per her available time during the day. On days when she was late( beyond her specified time) by 45 minutes , she wouldn't even inform and when called, wouldn't even answers calls. Upon arrival she instead of saying "sorry " for being late or not informing she would unapologetically argue that it is ok to not inform for being late and she insisted that she can come whenever she is free and patient is suppose to wait for her...

Further she aslo went to the extent of saying, " call another physiotherapist if you want to, the patient has to adjust since she is a doctor and it is patient's duty to wait..

She explains a few exercises and insists that the medicines that the hospital prescribes are not to be taken and insists on taking her recommended medicines...

Do not recommend her at all, **** ***** *************** *** *** **** ****** *** ******** *** ************** ****** ***** ** *******

Very good physio therapist. Explained properly 2hat was the problem and how it mast have aggravated. Told the dose and don't exhaustively . Good listener. And planned the therapy well.
