I visited the clinic for the tooth cavity issue i was having Dr.nikita motwani gave me proper consultation and advised me proper line of treatment as well Thanks to dr. Once again.

Went for teeth cleaning, whitening, polishing and buffing.

Dr. Nikita is one of the best dentists i've ever visited.

She explained the entire procedure and calmed me down.

Overall vibe of the place is also good. Read a lot of reviews before going and the doctors did not disappoint when it comes to making you feel comfortable and in a safe space.

5/5 for services rendered by Dr. Nikita

However, I am not very satisfied with the end result.

Writing this review around 12 days after the procedure has been done.

Cleaning part was good. But whitening and bleaching hasn't been effective.

On a shade card, i may have gone 2-3 shades lighter. That's it. Not even close to white.

Even have some rough feeling on 2 of my teeth - including 1 pre-molar.

Expected a better end result from the process. Not satisfied. I don't even know the next steps now.

1.5/5 for the result.

Would appreciate if someone can call me up from the clinic and advice on what can be done to make the situation better.

Even though Dr. Nikita was a gem of a doctor, I am not happy with the result!

I visited Smile Concepts for my dental cleaning and cavity filling. The remarkable patience with which Dr. Nikita listened to my doubts, fears and anxieties regarding visiting a dentist and other teeth related issues, is something I have not seen with doctors here in Mumbai. There was no rush to just dismiss off the patient and immediately be done with the treatment.I kept on asking questions and she calmly listened and answered and made me stay relaxed throughout the procedure. So a big thumbs up on that!Im very satisfied with the treatment and would surely visit them again in future.With their extremely hygienic clinic, state of the art equipments and machines, they are quite affordable :)I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone for various dental treatments.Thanks a lot Smile Concepts!🙏

Firstly. .Doctor gave me a genuine unbiased opinion abt veeners and all my fears related to my new smile were addressed ....

She has a soft hand ...my treatment was almost painless

And at the last most impressive thing was timely completion of my treatment as promised at beginning of treatment.

Dr Nikita is very friendly and patient while giving the treatment. I was in so much pain before coming to her but she did a completely painless RCT. She kept on explaining me the steps which was really ensuring. I will definitely recommend her and will visit her for all my future dental problems.

I am happy with today's visit to Dr Nikita. This was my first visit with her and definitely not the last. Very reasonable in terms of charges. Plus the facility is well maintained and spacious. I was suprised to not see a lot of patients around considering it was the weekend.

Dr Nikita is warm and will keep talking with the patient through the whole process keeping them informed on what's happening.
