I was suffering from difficulty in swallowing since many years. Unfortunately, nobody could diagnose my problem. Problem went on increasing so much that I lost almost 15-16 kg of body weight. Finally, my problem was diagnosed as one Neurological disease called as "Achalasia Cardia". We consulted our family doctor surgeon for this problem. Our family doctor, suggested to meet Dr Nitin Aherrao regarding this particular problem, mentioning he does some endoscopy surgery for this problem. Finally we visited, Dr Nitin, after initial evaluation, he gave us suggestion about one surgery "Per oral endoscopic myotomy - POEM) as one permanent solution for this problem. Accordingly, we planned surgery on Sunday, post surgery, literally miracle has happened. I am able to drink and eat food. All thanks to Dr. Nitin Aherrao and Dr Nande for guiding us properly.

I had been referred to Dr.Nitin Ahirrao for Gal bladder stone treatment. Initially ERCP was done with due care. Today I had got removed my stent which was inserted during ERCP as precautionary measure. Now I am fit and fine. Thanks to Doctor for the treatment.

My father was suffering from bleeding from stomach which was causing his Hemoglobin to drop down continuously. We came to know about Dr. Nitin Aherrao, he explained about endoscopy in detail. And in endoscopy, my father was diagnosed to have multiple ulcer with active bleeding. With a specialised machine bleeding was controlled and my fathers hemoglobin came back normal. Now he is doing completely fine. Thank you for such quick treatment
