We had a fantastic time under Dr SAMBIT PATNAIK at Apollo Spectra Hospital for laser piles surgery. There were seven patients with along with us. Four of patients operated by Dr Sambit Patnaik were discharged along with us within three hours of surgery, whereas we found out that the other patients were discharged after two days and they were operated by others. We are happy to be treated by Dr Sambit Patnaik swiftly and with all facilities of Cashless and clear treatment.

I have become a fan of Dr Sambit Patnaik..we had spent sleepless nights owing to bleeding of dad while passing stools and also in his sleep. He is 80 and had advanced senile dementia with Alzheimer's and a known cardiac patient with high BP and sugars. Now he is on heavy antiplatelets for all this and 25 medicines per day. No doctor would touch him for surgery as it as a life risk. So we had to wait silently as dad suffered and lost blood. No solution in sight we gave him 30 blood transfusion over 5 months. Lastly my Head office in UAE informed me about the Indian surgeon Dr Sambit Patnaik who had treated the company owner and very influential Sheikh of UAE. After a struggle of 3 weeks we could get appointment of Dr Sambit Patnaik who advised us to get him with the intention that he will operate dad when there is a possibility. So we had to plan to move him in an ambulance to Dr Sambit Patnaik's hospital. Once there Dr checked him and said that he will do laser procedure for him immediately and he can home in the evening. No need to any anesthesia or injections. We were surprised and didn't know what to do. Then Drs team spoke to all our other doctors and physicians. They also couldn't believe. So Dr Sambit Patnaik asked his cardiologist and Physician to come and be physically present to see how it's done. The procedure was done next day with special standby of dad's doctors in the OT. It took 20 minutes to finish the procedure and close the case. Then dad was moved to the room and discharged in the evening without any medication. All this was in month of Jan 2022 and we went today to shower our goodwill and blessings on Dr Sambit Patnaik for saving my ailing dad and not drop of blood has passed since. We are so relieved. Thanking my company for this lead that was akin to The Almighty coming for us

I had met Dr Sambit Patnaik for first time at his clinic in Jan 2022 after two years of suffering from piles. He had told me clearly that I had fissures which were a kind of injury and not a disease per se and that we must treat the injury before it turns into disease like abscess or fistula. I was so convinced that I wanted to get rid of it. It was supposed to be a one minute laser procedure and discharge in one hour and recovery by next day. We processed the Cashless and insurance company denied covering laser expenses and so my husband backed out as he didn't want to pay out of pocket. Then my husband wanted a second opinion and took me to another much senior surgeon in Chembur and he told me that medicines are sufficient and that I don't need any Surgical procedure. Then with the Medicines I was alright till mid of March 2022 when suddenly one night I developed severe pain with swelling in the bottom and next day I was not able to pass motions or sit. By evening I developed fever and vomiting. My husband wanted me to go to the other surgeon and take medicines again but I knew this was something really serious so I called my mother and went to Dr Sambit Patnaik. He checked me and confirmed the worse that my fissure had turned into a massive Perianal abscess. We rushed to do an MRI scan and Dr told me that an emergency draining of pus is required and the fistula will be dealt later with seton and laser. The incision and drainage of abscess was done on 25th March 2022 and after a gruelling one month of dressings and pain and tolerating the seton, my FiLAC laser procedure was done on 27th April 2022. I am finally feeling better. One bad decision of not listening to Dr Sambit Patnaik and trying to save some money led me to spend three times this time as the injury turned disease let alone the suffering and agony. Never neglect your health to save money or some bad advise that sounds easy and seems easy in short term

I am located in Mira Road in Mumbai. I was really finding it difficult to live with my piles problem. In 2020 pandemic situation and lockdown due to work from home, I was leading a sedentary lifestyle and that aggravated my piles even more. I took video consultation with Dr Sambit Patnaik in 2021. However I was not able to go to his location for my treatment until it was quite far. However in first week of March 2022 the condition worsened and I went to a surgeon close by. He suggested that I must undergo surgery immediately. So I went ahead and for convenience did surgery with the surgeon at a local hospital. However after the surgery my condition worsened so much that I lost about 2 litres of blood with tremendous pain. The doctor said nothing to worry. I suspected that laser procedure was not done and this happened on 5th day after surgery and i was immediately readmitted and given blood. On further enquiry it was found that this doctor who was MS is actually BAMS and MS in ayurvedic surgery and he has done kharasutra - using string to tie up my piles tightly due to which I have pain and bleeding. So we booked a bed at Dr Sambit Patnaik's hospital and was shifted in an ambulance. Dr Sambit Patnaik arrived in Mumbai the next day and completed my procedure and showed me the decaying inflected gangrenous piles and lots of threads and pus. So I was saved by this timely act. I was discharged in two days and went home in a car arranged for me by the hospital for drop off. Today I went for my check up and Dr Sambit said that I don't need to have any more medicines and that I am alright, treatment successful. I am so glad. Just my laziness to come far to Dr Sambit Patnaik and my lack of research in verification of qualifications of the other doctor put me in life threatening risk. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I recommend Dr Sambit Patnaik with faith.

We are very thankful to Dr Sambit Patnaik for the treatment of my father for profusely bleeding piles. He is 80 years old and had never ever had piles problems in his lifetime. He has diabetes and high cholesterol. He takes Ecospirin. Due to prostatic enlargement he strained to pass urine and it caused bleeding in stools. It was really scary as he literally bled like a spray of water. My cousin immediately recommended me to visit Dr Sambit Patnaik at his centre in Chembur Mumbai. We took an appointment and since my father is wheel chair bound we were given a priority visit time. The doctor examined him in a separate special low bed for ease of access for the patient. We were then advised that his bleeding of from the hemorroids which he also showed on video screen. He said that the laser treatment will be non invasive and quick. There will be no need of any kind of anesthesia or extensive blood and other tests to get his fitness for surgery. He will perform the procedure without Anesthesia and the patient will also not need any intravenous injection at all. We got him admitted the next day at the hospital. He even didn't need to come fasting. It is a small cosy clean spacious well appointed pleasant unit with well behaved caring staff. We reached the hospital at 8am and it was a Sunday and he was treated as urgent case. The procedure began around 9am and the Doctor himself wheeled in the patient constantly telling him not to worry. We were happily surprised to see him wheeled out at 9.30am and no signs of any discomfort or pain. He infact was smiling and was telling us how he could barely feel the procedure but could smell it a bit. We had some snacks and bites from the pantry with my father relishing it. We took the discharge medicines and were on our way out by 10.45am. Even the billing was smooth and although expensive every bit of this was worth. The point of writing this is that people must know the availability of such advanced procedure for all age groups and save patient from unnecessary tests, anesthesia and pain. Hilarious how doctors are when it comes to explaining technology when they have no experience of it. I started searching for laser surgeon to treat my pilonidal Sinus and anal fistula about 3 years back in 2019. I went to whosoever possible by checking hours online. Being an engineer from IIT I did know a thing or two about lasers. I went to a healing clinic chain at their branch located in Navi Mumbai. Turned out later that the doctor sitting there is an ayurvedic surgeon. Then i went to their other branch in Mumbai and found that they engage salaried Doctors in name of main doctor and hence none could demonstrate a laser machine or were technically sound to explain the procedure. Just they said that they can do it. It wasn't just sufficient for me. I went to a few more surgeons who told that laser doesn't work and when I asked that how many cases have you done they say 20/30 etc which means a significant cohort had not been built to act as foundation of that claim. Another set of surgeons told me that they take laser on rent and hence I wasn't convinced what make they would use on me. Afterwards with years of search I like located Dr Sambit Patnaik. He was my immediate choice. He was extremely well versed with the physics of laser and it's wavelength, wattage , joule, time balance for desired tissue effect. He demonstrated his own Biolitec Leonardo laser system 1940nm to me with the dedicated laser FiLAC Fiber. After being explained i underwent the procedure with him the very next week in January 2022. It was next to painless and bloodless. Cashless facility was given with good accomodation in the clean and new facility. I had been to him last week to say hello and thanks for treating me and also to invite him to come and educate my office organisation on laser in surgery. Now the best part about internet is the presence of numerous shad-dey online clinics topping the search engine ads. One wonders how such things are allowed to happen and how can a clinic without a hospital provide top doctors and top healthcare facilities. My sister was victim of this online propaganda and went to four of such openly blatant duck noise quak quak centres who have half baked fresh pass out doctors on payroll running all over the city glorified online propaganda by the clinics posing them as magnificent experienced doctors and all sorts of non medical facilities so as to hide the true healthcare facilities and instead offer healthcare loan cashless thru a shadie reimbursement techniques or home pick up etc. Poor ratna fell for this trappie and ended up doing her fistula surgery with one glamorous prestige care clinic. The doctor basically a fresh surgeon from Delhi by name Anam vanished afterwards doing the surgery and we had to rush her to Dr Sambit Patnaik who was astonished. He said that laser fistula surgery is without a cut and simply scar done from natural mouth of fistula. It was fifteen days after surgery the Anam doctor of prestige healthcare clinic had obviously not used laser but cut open traditional surgery which left big wound lots of blood and loss of holding bowel control. Dr Sambit Patnaik immediately admited my sister ratna and did a 4 hours surgery to repair the damaged area and realign the damaged control mechanism. My sister was in hospital for four weeks till almost recovered. It has been seven months to her surgery and today finally in the last visit Dr Sambit Patnaik said that she is fully cured and no more a patient. In the lookout online for best treatment we ended up being hood winked money laser pain complications. After spending lakhs we atleast saved my sister life with Dr Sambit Patnaik. i can only caution everyone to be extremely careful while choosing fakke doctors and good doctors online. Do research and cross check qualification online with Maharashtra medical council website before taking up surgery

My husband was suffering from piles since quite some time. At times it was unbearable and he had sleepless nights. We consulted two different doctors from well known hospitals in Mumbai. They suggested immediate admission to be operated. Not only did they scare us but were also too expensive. When my husband came out of the OT, I could see a smile on his face as if nothing has happened. It was just few medicine’s and precautions for the next few days. My husband got operated on Saturday and could go to work from Monday.

It’s been months now since the operation and till date he never faced any pain like before.

P.S. I was truly impressed with the facility, caring staff and friendly can-do attitude and smiles. I would highly recommend Dr. Sambit Patnaik to anyone suffering from Piles, hemorrhoidal diseases/ fissures/ fistula.

Dr Patnaik was excellent in explaining the issue and the treatment required.The procedure was performed professionally in less than 30 mins and I was released the same day. The support staff including Gregory was instrumental in arranging the procedure and ensuring the stay was comfortable too.
