I'm posting this review after having visited Anushree for a year and a half. I visit 1-2 times a month on average. If you are on the fence about taking therapy then please let this message nudge you in the right direction. I was very resistant to try therapy and had never been for a session ever before. I finally took the step and thank god I found Anushree. It was so easy to speak up and clear my mind and a lot of her coping techniques really helped me overcome my anxiety and panic disorder. Anushree is absolutely professional, punctual and understanding of her patients. Today, I feel like my old confident self again and she has a big role to play in my betterment. I still go for a session every now and then because I enjoy the clarity of thought it gives me.

I have changed as a person became so strong after her sessions. I now know how to tackle a situation and when to ignore certain things. Her simple solutions are so so helpful.
