Barkha Patel is a Consultant Psychologist who holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Advanced level in REBT, Albert Ellis Institute, New York. This has helped her develop excellent techniques of Psychotherapy. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance from SIES. In addition, Barkha has trained in Intensive Clinical Training in Psychotherapy from Mind Mandala and Desouza Foundation. From the first session, Dr. Barkha was really friendly and kind. I was on the peak of my anxiety and couldn't understand what was causing it at first. She helped me figure out what I was feeling and where my problems were stemming from. Then, she helped me figure out a plan for my treatment. I visited a few doctors before her but none helped me as much as she did. She is a great therapist and a very nice person. I will especially recommend her for all female clients.

In January 2024, I sought Barkha’s help to improve my relationship with my family, and again in November 2024, to cope with my breakup. One thing I truly appreciate is how Barkha maintains a thorough record of all our sessions. When I returned in November, she was able to refer back to insights and observations from our January sessions, demonstrating her dedication to truly understanding her clients and connecting the dots over time.
