So the point I would like to make here is that most of us do not consume a balanced meal wherein our plate has to have good amounts of fiber & protein at each mealtime, these are the nutrients which provide satiety and much more; and That's the reason you felt fuller with the diet plans. & secondly, exercise is a must however it cannot undo the wrong food that you eat. And that's what is important. Stay happy while you work towards achieving your health goals. Or else stress hormones like cortisol will make sure you gain some weight back again.
