Doctor was rude towards the patient. Visited for toothache I was facing since few hours before visiting Dr. Dubal. She got my X-ray done which she refused to share later. Suggested me root canal and started explaining rates for the treatment. I had undergone knee surgery three weeks back hence told her need time for few days before I finalise the treatment. She was extremely rude to a patient who’s already undergone surgery. Some arguments happened while I was even struggling to stand and doctor was sitting comfortably arguing with patient. Her attitude reached at peak when she said “no one would do root canal in one sitting”.
