My struggles with Piles started when I was about to to complete my engineering. Due to vigorous studies and hectic schedules I was not focused on my diet and health. One sudden morning as I was passing stool, I started feeling pain in my rectum and when I had a glance at it, my anus was bleeding. I became so scared that I couldn't move from the toilet seat and stopped passing stool. This continued for few days. I was so afraid and akward that I did not even tell it to my parents. After few days or stopped, I continued with my regular life, until last year when the issue resurfaced. This time it was much hurting Lots of pain ans bleeding. I couldn't even sit in a place without being uncomfortable and being in pain. My daily schedule was affected so badly that I had to cancel many of my important work and postpone daily meetings. This condition came at a very crucial time in my life when I was about to take a big leap in my life and have a new career. I told everything to my parents and we started visiting few doctors. Everything gave temporary relief but the problem still pertain.
Then I read about HHC and decided to give it a try. Here I was diagnosed by Dr. Porwal for stage 2 piles and he suggested me to do laser surgery to permanently get rid of the problem.
But then again when I enquired about the total expenditure, I was concerned about the funding. As already many of my family's saving was given for my master's.
Then HH only provided me with the solution and introduced me to HHF. HHF being so generous, decided to help me and took care of some of my fundings.
My encounter with Piles made me realise that it is a very common disease, and yet many people hide it and don't discuss it openly even with their family members, and it makes it even bad.
I therefore would personally request everyone to come forward with their problems and get a solution for it.
And there can never be any organisation better than the Healing Hands clinic.

This clinic is absolutely unreliable. I visited them twice with an appointment and here are my observations:1. The appointment system is meaningless, on both days I waited for 1.75 - 2hrs!2. The doctor you take an appointment with, is not guaranteed to treat you; First visit: I had taken an appointment with Porwal on the first visit and on reaching the clinic, the lady at front desk told me he left and Gandhi will be attending me.Second visit: Again specifically took an appointment with Porwal, hoping first visit was an exception. Was not attended to for 1hr 45mins. When he finally arrived, he kept saying that working with other patients takes time! Complete disregard for the patient's time.3. The interaction with the lead doctor was dissatisfactory, they will spend a minute or two with you and then ask an assistant to guide you; the assistant will also rush you to leave.4. A preliminary inspection is done by a lady doctor, keep this in mind if you are uncomfortable of being treated by the opposite gender.5. The medicine prescribed is ayurvedic and proprietary, you will not be able to purchase it from a regular pharmacy. You will be asked to purchase from the in-house pharmacy.6. The overall experience was below par, while the doctor claims they need time to work with patients* *** ****** ********* ***** ** ** ****** **** ***** ******* ** ********* *** ******** ****** ** ***** ********** ********** There is no empathy for the patient.*Note: I refused to avail any consultation during the second visit as I was randomly made to wait for 1hr 45min, with a very flimsy excuse.

I have both pros and cons in here..
The hospital is extremely neat and clean. The method of dealing with the patient is extremely good.
I liked the concept of a dedicated SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
When we first visited here, we had to wait a little even after having an appointment but all the wait was worthwhile.
Dr Ashwin Porwal, as everyone knows is one of the finest, explained the situation/condition very nicely and told me not to worry. He suggested for a laser surgery because of the severity. He gave me medicines too which were to be used for 15 days or till I decide for the surgery.
The hospital has a wonderful concept of payment for the surgery, with or without insurance. They will help you with everything.
I went through the surgery and it was so smooth. I thank each and every one member of the Healing Hands Clinic. The doctor also came in for a visit. He is so down to earth and good being.
I was allocated to Dr Twinkle as my the single point of contact.
She is really good and responsive. She consoled me all the time and replied to all the questions.
But I feel that her communications had not been proper...
1. Regarding the total cost, there were confusions around and we expected, as told, a different amount and received a different one.
Although, my company’s insurance got this covered and we had to give only 10k as a part of the difference amount. This was committed and has been a big relief.
my sincere thanks to HHC for that.
2. We had to keep on asking her what we need and what not, there were constant calls n msgs which she responded but I feel that it’s her responsibility to tell the patient everything considering that the patient knows nothing. I didn’t like the fact that she considered things to be understood on their own.
In normal circumstances that is a good approach but not while the patient is in for a surgery for the very first time and is already afraid. She needs to tell even the minute detail.
3. Just before the day of surgery, she said she will mail me everything, meaning what to eat n what to do. But there were just oral communications. And when I asked for a mail for my own safety and so that I can adhere to those and remember everything, she refused of having said anything regarding mail. That was odd.
Anyway..
I was asked to be with only one family member as per the rules. more than one is not allowed. I had to request a lot to get permission for more. I was given an ambulance for the journey that was again a relief. Got a wonderful room too but didn’t have adjustment for the person who will accompany for the night. But guess that is fine.
The doctor who conducted colon hydrotherapy was little agitated and high voiced initially but then I asked her not to be angry. She treated me well after that. She was nice then.
All the staffs and the complete hospital is highly recommended but am I little sad about the communications and behaviour at some points.
My overall experience is very good.

Hi I'm, Vishwajeet Kharade\n\n''My experience at Healing Hands Foundation and Clinic''\n\nSuffreing from constipation since class 12th till my engineering degree, a clear cut for haemorroids had been laid. For finding solution online paid off. \nMy first vist gaine confidence 100% treatment, as had been experiences at other hospitals due to unsatisfactory results. \nDr. Ashwin Porwal, (Founder) suggested medication first. Later the condition become bad so later suggestion was surgery. \nSurgery went off smooth and had good experience. Being student i did not wanted to burden with surgical expences after, thus ony request and understanding my financial condition the expenses of surgery were reduced greatly. \nThis foundation is not not just confined to patients here, but in villages too.\nThey also run free checkup camp at villages, i heard there. After checkups if needed surgery too is done for them.\nBeing this much responsible and cooperative for good of society is a hope of humanity. \nExpecting more participation as moral duty so that others too will see your effots in this world.\nThis foundation could be an emblem for other hospitals too to serve humanity in the most subtle manner and out of lone for living beings. \nReally the foundation is true to its name. \n\"Healing Hands Foundation \
