I recently had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Priyank and Dr. Shweta at Lucid Dental, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their expertise and professionalism. They performed a dental implant procedure in my upper jaw, and despite the complexity of the treatment, I experienced absolutely no discomfort throughout the process.

Not only did I require a dental implant, but I also needed a sinus lift, which Dr. Priyank and Dr. Shweta executed to perfection. Their skill and attention to detail were truly remarkable. It's evident that they are genuine artists of their trade, and their passion for dentistry shines through in every aspect of their work.

From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Priyank and Dr. Shweta took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing all of my concerns and ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what to expect. Their expertise and professionalism inspired confidence, and I knew I was in good hands.

During the treatment, Dr. Priyank and Dr. Shweta demonstrated a remarkable level of precision and skill. Overall my experience with this clinic is absolutely disappointing. The bare minimum expectation for any patient is courtesy & professionalism which is completely missing from Dr Shweta who is working here. I am truly baffled by all the stellar reviews for this place and especially for her.

I visited this place along with my 8 years daughter on 2nd August after going through so many positive (?) reviews for this place and resulted into lot mental stress and disappointment. My daughter was having some issue with upper tooth since there was a cap fitted earlier and I was planning to remove it in order to avoid any more pain to my daughter. Here is the sequence of disappointment –

· I called for an appointment expecting that I will be treated by Dr Priyank however by default they lined up with Dr Shweta. When I asked for explanation after all this issue, I got an answer that I should have specified which doctor’s treatment I want while booking an appointment.

· It is expected that parents accompanied with kid will try to seat closer while treatment going but it seems Dr Shweta was not conformable and keep asking me to wait outside.

· After initial screening, Dr Shweta started treating my daughter’s lower tooth thereby giving some anaesthesia injections (I was waiting outside while this mess was going). **** * ***** **** *** *** ** ******** ***** ***** ******* ** ***** ***** ****** *** ******** *** **** ** *** ***** **** ** ***** ***** **** ****** *** *** **** *** ********* **** *** **** *** *** ******* **** *********** ** **** **** ***** ***** ******* ****** ** *** *** ******* **** ****** ********* **** *** **** *** ******** ** * ***** **** ** ** *** ******** * **** ******* ******** ****** ******* ** ******* **** ***** ******* * ***** ***** **** ******* ****** **** ******* *** ******* ****** **** ****** **** ********* *** ********* * **** *** **** ********* **** ******** **** **** ****** **** ********** ** ***** **** ***** ** *** **** ***** ***** **********

· This is not end, the treatment was very painful for my daughter and she was literally screaming 3-4 times however Dr Shweta did not bother to stop with her procedure. Normally dental surgeons make sure if patient is having some pain while treatment, they will ask you how much it is paining, they may take small break in between extraction given the fact if they are treating kids.

· After all this bad, doctor orally recommend the painkiller syrup and upon asking written prescription she asked do you really want to in written?? I am sure everyone would expect written details on what treatment has been done, medication etc. which did not shared in visit itself until I asked for it.

· Next day I receive the feedback request for Dr Priyank on Practo & google for the treatment which he did not done!!. After having some whatsapp messaging with the clinic , Dr Priyank personally called to check the matter and asked whether I need refund of the treatment which I denied.

In summary, I would not at all recommend this clinic after this painful visit. Would request readers to not go with reviews available *** **** *** *** ********** *** ******* *** **** ***** *** ******

P.S. Not writing anything about treatment cost which was significantly higher than any normal clinic in Magarpatta/Amanora area. I would have been fine with charges if they would have treated well.

I had a great experience with Lucid Dental and recommend it to anyone looking for a good dental clinic!

I was self-conscious about speaking, smiling, having my photo taken because my teeth were misaligned & gummy & short. But Dr.Priyank helped me overcome my fear of smiling. I came to his office because I didn't like my teeth and I wanted to have them perfect using veneers. He made them perfect! My smile looks amazing and I feel amazing knowing that my teeth are perfect. I’m even happier that none of my natural teeth were shaved down and my new veneers actually make me look vivacious! After my veneers were placed on my teeth, I felt no pain, there was no downtime and I was able to eat immediately after getting my smile done.

I find that Dr. Priyank takes time to explain all the procedures, the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an informed judgment. Through my treatment phase, Dr.Priyank took the time to address all my doubts/concerns and I never feel rushed. My experience was amazing not only for the excellent result but also for the kindness & professionalism of the doctor and his team. The entire staff is excellent, warm and extremely helpful; all of my appointments were well-managed.

Dr Priyank Pareek treated my mother for * ****** dental cavity for which he had given her an anesthesia injection. I visited Dr. Priyank Clinic to do my long pending Dental implant fixing.

Dr.Priyank cleary explaned the steps , suggested the possible options and also highlighted few risks due to lowering of upper tooths.

Really impresed by Doctor clear communication , planning and completing the dental implants without any issues and pain free. Also how he handled the less space issue for placing the crown over the top of implant

The check is done quite thoroughly and then an explanation of what my teeth are, the concern and issues are explained so well. Which I was able to relate to the things which lead to my teeth and gums status today. And then what process and procedures are there and how it will be done was explained to the " T". Best and has seen this quite rare to the rare. Would recommend Dr. Priyank Pareek for any detailed concerns and issues to anyone seeking treatment or even a consultation.

*** ** *** **** ****** *** ****** ******* Before any treatment makes sure patient knows the problem. So, he would check up and explain in detail what is the problem. Will tell you the cost of procedure and then start operating on the issues. Clinic is extremely clean. All precautions are taken, makes sure the patient is comfortable. During quarantine I found it difficult to search for a doctor. His clinic was open and he gave half an hour gap after to every patient. 10/10 for keeping it clean and for professionalism.

Dr. Priyank is sure good at his work. His young experience adds up to the dedication for the job. Unlike other dentist I have had an experience with Dr. Priyank sure is keen about the results and the comfort of his patients. Its my first visit with him and I sure see that he friendly and also a thorogh professional. He does take the time to explain each phase to the patients which is something I admire and also helps the patients get a better understanding.

I am still under treatment and will be too early to talk about the feedback end to end. However overall I sure am in safe hands.

I'm writing about my experience after two weeks of treatment.

I visited the clinic to fix the broken crown. Dr. Priyank analyzed the problem and explained it very well, including the charges and procedures. Although initially I felt that the charges were a bit higher, the doctor's consultation and procedure sounded genuine as compared to other dental clinics, so I decided to continue the treatment with Lucid. Now I'm satisfied with the treatment, and it's worth paying an additional 10% fee.

Another thing I liked about Dr. Priyank was that he would never force you to do anything. However, keep everything open on the table and let you decide.

About the clinic, The hygiene is always maintained, and the staff is very professional. Nobody will market any product and beg for reviews.
