Dear Mr. Patil, I find that the volume at which my Sigma hearing aid devices have been programmed fall short of helping me to hear clearly. The app does not help. The doctor provided professional information about the hearing issues and it’s impacts, if not treated, and explained the choices of different hearing aids. His demeanour was very friendly and he took me through all the process without a rush.
