I had wisdom tooth extraction surgery.I was in the process where doctor was putting stitches and power was cut. My husband put flashlight on to complete the stitches process.They didn't have the power backup where surgery is getting performed.After that, after 5-6 days I didn't get senses back from anesthesia in my right lower lip followed by chin. I called the clinic ,they prescribed me tablets on WhatsApp.******* ****** **** *** ********** ** ***** ******** * *** ** ***** *** ******* ** **** ****** * *** *** **** ** *****I went to another orthodentist, ** **** *** ********** ***** ***** **** ** ***** *** *** *****He asked me to do sonography and ctscanI got pus filled in my right cheek where extraction happened due to part of wisdom tooth left.They have to make a cut to pull out all my infected fluid the other night and prescribed me antibiotic to recover soon.I faced alot of pain (Physically, Mentally, Financially and Professionally)** ***** **** ** **** * ********* *** **** ************ ** *** ************.I would never recommend you to visit this place of you love yourself even a bit.

I have been visiting Dr Ratnika for many of my dental issues. Had got RCT procedure done some years back with Dr Ratnika after a very bad experience with another dentist who had not done proper capping after the previous RCT for the same tooth which resulted in lot of pain and issues. This was my first visit and I was spellbound by the politeness, helpfulness and expertise of the doctor. After that day I have been consulting doctor for even the smallest dental issues I have and she as well as her staff have always been so caring. There is regular follow up by the doctor’s team after the treatment and minimum wait time as well as proper treatment options provided by the doctor. What I also like that the doctor doesn’t recommend unnecessary costly procedures and suggests the best treatment option.

I was personally attended by Dr. Ratnika. She is so patient and professional with her work. She kept on explaining every detail she was performing on my tooth & showed all the x-rays throughout the procedure to keep me updated on the treatment progress. Nothing was kept hidden. I had done with an RCT and Crown... and nothing pained even a bit. She gave me a complete smile makeover with such a beautiful crowns that i cant thank her enough..I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Thank you doc for treating my 4 year old problem.

Farhan and Dr. ratnika mam and also staff from my core of hearts. i am Very cheerful and satisfied with the treatment given by Dr. Farhan and Dr. Ratnika mam .First thing i was worried but the way he treated was so comfortable even the staff was very supportive. Before taking the treatment from dr. Farhan and Dr. Ratnika mam i went and checked in different 4 to 5 clinics but i dint get right solution and guidance but Dr. Farhan and Dr. Ratnika mam told me perfect solution. So thanks Doctor.
