I had wisdom tooth extraction surgery.I was in the process where doctor was putting stitches and power was cut. My husband put flashlight on to complete the stitches process.They didn't have the power backup where surgery is getting performed.After that, after 5-6 days I didn't get senses back from anesthesia in my right lower lip followed by chin. I called the clinic ,they prescribed me tablets on WhatsApp.******* ****** **** *** ********** ** ***** ******** * *** ** ***** *** ******* ** **** ****** * *** *** **** ** *****I went to another orthodentist, ** **** *** ********** ***** ***** **** ** ***** *** *** *****He asked me to do sonography and ctscanI got pus filled in my right cheek where extraction happened due to part of wisdom tooth left.They have to make a cut to pull out all my infected fluid the other night and prescribed me antibiotic to recover soon.I faced alot of pain (Physically, Mentally, Financially and Professionally)** ***** **** ** **** * ********* *** **** ************ ** *** ************.I would never recommend you to visit this place of you love yourself even a bit.

I had visited Dr Ratnika for resolving multiple dental issues which both my parents had.

Dr Ratnika did initial consultation and guided us to take needed scans. Post that detailed consultation was taken to explain us all issues root cause and probable solutions with complete transparency in charges involved.

Post our approval, the treatment was carried out in multiple stages by Dr Ratnika and her colleague surgeon's who were equally kind and skilled, for a months time and with proper follow-ups and accommodation of appointments based on my parents schedule which is something was exceptional and extremely commendable.

I had a very wonderful experience with Dr. Ratnika who extracted my teeth in a painless manner and placed Dental Implant in the same immediately as discussed . I was worried about how it would go and whether it would hurt. But, while doing so, I was completely pain-free and had no problems with recovery days. Her care and compassion were always there for me. I had a great time, and I must say that she is one of the best dentist in Pune. The full set up and state-of-the-art equipment wowed me. I am very happy and satisfied with the doctor and supporting staff. I have been explained in detail with the critical condition of my wisdom teeth issue and suggested what has to be done. Totally I am very much convinced about the knowledge of the doctor and the quality of the treatment and without hesitation will recommend others to get the treatment done here. Dr explains all the treatment and charges prior to the treatment in detail making sure I understood the things clearly. Also post treatment, they did multiple followups and made sure I face no issues. Also guided me on how to maintain oral hygiene in future which was terrafic.
