I had an unsatisfactory experience during my session. I felt that my concerns were not adequately heard or explored before arriving at a conclusion that I might be experiencing postpartum depression, which left me feeling misunderstood and uncomfortable. Instead of addressing my issues, the focus quickly shifted to promoting her 21-day meditation program. This approach made me feel as though my specific needs were not being addressed.
I believe it’s crucial for therapy to involve a collaborative dialogue, and I would have appreciated a more in-depth discussion about my feelings and experiences before any diagnosis was made. It was nice experience when Dr.Neha Kamat given me councelling. Due to family issues with my wife I was gone under depression. More over it I lost my job. Due to stress accumalated, I couldn't even sleep. Now journey of negativity started & became addict of smoking. Smoking daily 15 to 20nos. cigarette was a normal thing for me. Because of smoking heavy chest pain started. My wife wasn't care of it & she was focused on her own life only.
Only darkness was in front of me when I started councelling with Dr.Neha Kamat & everything changed. Only because of her councelling, I quit smoking immediately & focused only on my goals.
