I was suffering from chronic low back pain with tingling and burning sensations in my right leg due to canal stenosis and disc bulge so i was not able to walk few distance as well. Also as per the EMG & NCV report study was suggestive of chronic denervation in bilateral L4,L5,S1 roots. I was not able to walk more than 50 steps due to burning & pain. I have tried many other therapies but couldn’t get any relief.

He studied my office sitting posture, accordingly he had suggested and advised me proper posture and desktop position. he taught me several exercise and monitored throughout my all session. he had also recommend some vitamin test , that was also very helpful to recover me fast.
