Dr. Nilesh R. Palasdeokar

We visited Dr. Nilesh for my mom. She is suffering from Parkinsons disease. Dr. briefly explain the disease and treatment after thouroughly examining the patient. He advised us about side effects (drawsiness, vomittiing) initially when taking medicines. The symptoms continued for a week and then slowly dissapeared. Also the doctor altered a medicine dose as my mom was reacting negatively.

Now after 2.5 months of treatment shivering of her hands and a leg has reduced noticeably.

Also to mention doctor did offered us telephonic consultation once when my mom was not feeling well.

Dr. Nilesh is cool and is approachable. He is soft spoken and answers queries with minimum possible words.

I started having sudden loss of vision in one of my eyes and the Neurologist-opthalmologist had asked me to get MRI contrast done and immediately referred me to Dr. Nilesh. Within few minutes of meeting me and hearing my case he exactly identified the treatment plan along with a request for further tests under in-hospitalization setting.

I am so happy that Dr. Nilesh got me properly diagnosed with the correct root cause and got my treatment started on right time. My symptoms are recovering well and he has given me detailed steps for followup as well as advice on overall wellness and recovery. For such neurological diseases, it is critical that the correct diagnosis is done, on -time, and also the expert is well-versed with the latest developments in the field.

Doctor is patient and very caring. He let me speak in detail about my problem and apprehensions without rushing to writing down lots of tests and medicines. In fact he didn't ask for any costly test at all rather he suggested me to continue my old medication and ask to introduce some lifestyle changes which sounds very practical and reasonable to me.

Hi Sir, Yesterday we visited your clinic for Vertigo and Migraine treatment of my mother. She taken the tablets you have suggested but she still having sudden severe headache and this lasts for 10-15 mins. Is this normal? what we need to do at that time to control it? we need to travel back to Akluj today which is 3 hours journey, is it ok to travel back??

The time provided to listen to the patient was good however the explanation, diagnosis and conclusion was purely on experience *** ****** ********* ******** **** *** ******* *** ********* *** *** ****** **** ********* *** **** ***** **** **** ** **** ** ******* *** *********** The MRI Scan was only added after requested.

Was not happy with the outcome

The appointment time need to be properly followed. At practice it shows the appointment starts at 6 but the doctor himself never comes before 7.30. After he comes at 7.30 the sequence taken is as per the people arrived in clinic and not as per your appointment time. So if you take appointment of 6 pm doc will not be attending you in any case before 8 so this needs to be planned and taken care. Kind request.

In this pandemic situation they are asking patient to wait for minimum 1 hr. If you know that your treatment requires at least 40 mins then give appointment atleast difference of 20 to 25 mins... They are giving appointments after each 10 mins. Also taking on the spot patients. Which is increasing waiting time for the patients who took prior appointment 3 days back.

Also no social distancing maintained. No temperature checking. Patients are sitting next to each other.

My complain is just that please maintain social distancing and take precautions in hospital.

People are coming to cure their issues not to increase them.

I am putting this comment jst to be more careful in this pandemic situation.

Very polite, ************** courteous, helpful and nice. Good job Doctor! He gave good tips to prevent the issue from recurring and tips on how to treat the same. He offered to be called on phone if the need arise. His pleasant demeanor gave me a sense of calm and poise even if I was suffering.
