When in distress you seek for someone who would listen to you, understand you, not judge you. Was so glad to have sought out Dr Rupa for my concerns at home. Couldn't share with spouse and didn't want to make a show sharing family issues outside. Found a safe heaven here, doing much better now.

Dr Rupa is absolutely fabulous. She was very understanding and empathetic with me since it was my first session. She gave me tools to handle my situation better, alongside a treatment plan. She is not only professional in her diagnosis but also provides a safe space.

Sceptical seeking help for my personal issues, feared I will have a label once I go to a psychiatrist. However Dr Rupa was very calm and patient with my concerns, heard me out and that helped a lot.
