She is a life saviour.

Had to wait a bit to get in touch with her but she diagnosed the problem in a minute. Explained the issue in detail and within one visit i was better. The next visit was a follow up where they did not charge me anything and she spoke reassuringly that the issue won't repeat.

She gives ample time to every patient unlike other doctors these days who are just in for the money.

No prescribing of unnecessary heavy medicine when not required.

She has a very soft hand while cleaning the ears but the best part is she understands your problem and pain.

She is very experienced and knows what she is doing.

I asked her a lot of questions and she answered them all without getting irritating or offended at all.

Hats off and we need more doctors like her.

I visited the Vitalife clinic simply for ear wax removal. Treatment was satisfactory. She cleared the wax from both ears in the first visit very smoothly. But the treatment was super expensive. It cost me in total Rs 1050/- for both ear , just for wax removal (₹450 consulting + ₹600 procedure charges).

Doctor was late. Usually 30 minutes late. People at the reception are very rude and impolite with the patients at vitalife. They are not apologetic for the doctor being late

Excellent ENT, and a super modest person. Takes care of the patient very well. Very friendly and very detailed. Won't recommend you a lot of pills if they are not really needed. Gave us her personal number in case of any doubts(to be called only during visiting hours). 5 Stars to her.

She excised the pre -auricular sinus infection successfully. Very responsive and detail oriented. Will recommend her.

Dr Smita was incredibly caring. She listened patiently and also guided me well through what was happening in my ear. The wait time was less than 10 mins, the wax cleaning was done very well.10/10 would recommend.

Doctor is understanding, caring and patient friendly. Makes patient calm. Listen to the patient properly and patiently.
