Dr. Pramod Narkhede at N. M. Wadia Institute of Cardiology is a brilliant interventional cardiologist who has been treating me for coronary heart disease. He performed the PCI (angioplasty) procedure on me in January 2024. As follow-up, he is treating me for the past 9 months. He is ********** ************* *** experienced and always takes the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in detail. His skills at the cath lab are outstanding. Dr Agarwal is well experienced, and treats well. Unfortunately I have not received his email for which he consulted on 25th June. I assume it could be some technical issue as I got confirmation from his staff he already sent email on that day. Request Practo to check the issue and fix so that any other patients need not wait for one whole day for the prescription and test requirement.

The consultation was good, excellent and helpful. The appointment was pretty late. Seating space is also very limited and little noisy while consultation, there was no lift in the hospital. Treatment was for my dad. Rather than scaring us she would suggest us right approach. Since 6 years I am visiting this doctor. She is a good doctor.

Consultation experience was good. My surgery was done by him only. He is polite, he explained in detail about our problem, visited for my father. I'm already recommending this doctor to so many people.There is not even a single point that I feel should be improved. We met another doctor but while he was explaining it was looking likw he is scaring us so we decided to meet Dr Pradhan only when we visited him explained all the things properly the suggestion he gave was helpful to the patient and we are satisfied with the doctor and his treatment.

Admission process:
- The front desk office co-ordinator or the receptionist will assist the patient or the caregiver during the admission process.
- If visiting the hospital for the first time the patient needs to finish one-time registration.
- The admission registration form will be given to the patient and it has to be filled.
- The hospital will generate a unique ID and will be issued to the patient.
- All the medical records will be maintained under the provided unique ID in the hospital for any future references.
- At the time of admission, the patient needs to bring a photo ID proof and insurance card or any other insurance documents if necessary.
Discharge process:
- The doctor will prepare a discharge summary based on the examination of the patient and then the final discharge plan is made.
- The medication to be taken home will be reviewed by the doctor.
- The discharge process will be assisted by a nurse which may take 1-2 hours.
- The financial arrangement made by the patient to settle the bill will be reviewed and finalized. (Note: Cheques are not accepted)
- The nurse will handout the discharge summary to the patient and ask the patient to follow up if required and counsel the patient about the discharge care to be taken.
