I waited for 2 months for giving feedback because I was being patient so that after use of all medicine you recommend , my face will recover & all black heads & white heads will go. As you told me that after Laser sometimes this happens n I need to use Flutivate E cream. so I used it but no change happened. * **** *** * ******** ********** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ****** *****I have visited clinic on Saturday and doctor prescribed some tests to be done on the same day from the clinic itself and he mentioned that my reports will come on Sunday and he will explain the results and medication on sunday itself over the phone.I reconfirmed with the doctor and support staff about sunday thing as they are usually closed on Sunday but all of them confirmed that I can call on the clinic number and inquire about the report as well as get connected with the doctor on Sunday.To my surprise I have tried calling the clinic number multiple times and no one picked up phone on Sunday, neither the reports have come nor the call with doctor was arranged.This left me waiting for the entire day with no communication from clinic or doctor though it was promised by them.Even on Monday I only had to call them, **** **** **** **** *********** ***** *** *** **** ** *** they didn't bother to call at all.There is lack of communication at this clinic and waiting time is also huge.

Doctor Teli is very experienced and polite.Listens your problem carefully and makes you comfortable and explains situation/problem thoroughly.Never set you in a wrong direction.

Highly recommended.Specially People who are working from home in this pandemic.
