An unpredicted journey of 10 kg weight loss was amazing.

I didn't stared by my own but under peer pressure it began.

As an 18 years old teen I was fascinated towards food. Actually I am a foodie. I love eating junk food.

I started gaining weight rapidly. I knew that it's not a good thing but can't get rid of my habit.

Because of this tremendous weight gain I started suffering from problems of irregular menses, tiredness, etc.

It was an epiphany while trying on dresses I loved to wear that pushed me to lose weight.

One fine day while searching for a dietitian on google I got to know about " Balanced Diet Clinic, Pune" Dr. Swapnaja mam. I consulted her and the journey started.

I had lost 10 kgs in about 3 months which once seemed impossible for me to do.

But it turned into reality working with her.

Her warm and confident approach on my initial chart made me feel confident enough to take plunge and face challenges. She was brilliant. Her approach was very personal and coming out of every session I felt like I had new tools to face my issues.

I was nervous about making changes but she helped me work through these very skillfully and positively.

After some days of this journey I actually started enjoying loosing weight.

Quite honestly I felt like a different person because of the way she has helped me to feel more free around food and eating.

With every session passing on I felt motivated and happy.

I was desperately looking for a diet plan obviously to reduce my weight but I didn't want to compromise on the nutrition part of it.

Dr. Swapnaja was kind enough to ask me my daily routine, food habits, likings in order to come up with a plan which is easy to follow even in a hectic schedule.

I have been following this plan for a month now and I have reduced 3 kgs already.

It's more of eating right than eating less.. because of which it is easy to continue with the plan unlike those super starving diets which we give up very early!

Visited Dr Swapnaja for weight loss plan. She understood my present routine carefully and gave a diet plan that suits my body and my profession. She explained what nutrition is required and the reasons behind that. She gave few options in the diet to allow flexibility. I visited Dr swapnaja in July 2018 for weight loss consulting in July 2018 .My weight was 65.1 kg at that time.She asked me about my daily routine ,profession and gave me a diet plan accordinglyThe diet plan given was very easy to follow,home made food not a fancy one.She explained me nutrition value of food . My experience with the doctor was extremely helpful. When I went to her for the first time my diabetes wasn not in control. With her first 2 to 3 treatments or diet plans I was able to keep it in control. At present from 2 tablets a day it has come up to only the single tablet a day and the weight loss program has also been amazing and the energy levels have been great. She has made me feel that my diabetes can go away with my diet plan and I don't need to be on a tablet which has been my goal. Thank you doctor for all the help you have been amazing.

Dr. Kirunje gives enough time to explain the problem and the solution. The diet plan recommended to me was quite easy to follow and overall, not a fancy one. The best part is that she explained the diet breaking it up in individual components and why each of them is necessary along with all the nuances associated with the diet.

I managed to loose more than 10 Kgs in 3-4 months because of the recommended diet plan and I am still following it and loosing it.

She also explained the diet in such a way that we are now more informed about what we are eating and how it will affect us.
