DEAR SIR / MA'M,
WE VISITED YOUR CLINIC FOR MY WIFE SUMAIYA TAPALI'S TREATMENT. SHE WAS HAVING ITCHING PROBLEM AROUND. WHEN WE SAT IN FRONT OF THE DOCTOR SHE TOLD IF MY WIFE IS COMFORTABLE FOR CHECK-UP IN MY PRESENCE, I PREFERRED TO WAIT OUTSIDE. I WAITED OUTSIDE FOR 5-6 MINUTES OUT SIDE HARDLY AND MY WIFE CAME OUT AND SHE TOLD ME THE DOCTOR DIDN'T EXAMINE THE WHOLE INFECTED AREA AND JUST SAW FOR FEW FRACTIONS OF SECONDS AND PRESCRIBED THE MEDICINE THEREAFTER. SHE WAS NOT SATISFIED. WITH THE DIAGNOSIS. THAT'S WHY I AGAIN WENT INSIDE THE DOCTOR'S CABIN TO ASK HER WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, SHE REPLIED VERY LIGHTLY IN LIGHT WAY " INFECTION HAI HO JATA HAI, DAWAI LO THEEK HO JAYEGA" I AGAIN ASKED "MA'M YE KYA KARANO SE HOTA HAI?" AGAIN ONE MORE LIGHT REPLY FROM HER " WO SAB MAINE EK VIDEO ME UPLOAD KIYA HUA HAI YOU TUBE PAR AUR IN KO BATA DIYA HAI AAP VIDEO DEKH LENA, YE SKIN ZYADA GEELA REHNE KI WAJAH SE HOTA HAI."
I WAS DISAPPOINTED THE WAY WE WERE TREATED, THE DOCTOR IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A POLITE AND CONVINCING APPROACH. WE PAID RS.400/- FOR FEES AND ALMOST RS. 2,000/- FOR MEDICINE AT THE SAME TIME BUT WERE HIGHLY DIS SATISFIED, MY WIFE TOLD WE ARE NOT GONNA SEE THIS CLINIC AGAIN.
