It is sad that facilities given by portals like Practo to evaluate and put forth assessment of medical personnel to guide other patients and help the respective medical doctor in improving his services in a constructive criticism is misused by certain patients with narcissistic personality disorder for ego boosting trips. Not surprising in today's era where violence against doctors is rampant by certain sections of society. First of all if Harsh is so concerned about the deficient services, he should know the name of the hospital properly. It is not "Eklavya Hospital". Secondly, so many people as evident in the other reviews that I have received who have stayed and consulted at Kevalya Hospital in the ICU and other departments of the hospital have not found or reported a single rat in the hospital. This hospital has clearance from Maharashtra Pollution control board and Envirovigil and has been receiving quality audit clearance from recognized clinical audit agencies. How come Harsh found rats in 15 mins of consultation when no one else found them after having stayed here for more than a week ? Thirdly when the medical world which is moving towards no vitamins and no antibiotics policies when not indicated, is it an error on my part to treat simple nutritional deficiencies picked up after a health check up package which can be corrected with a good lifestyle and good nutritive food, rather than increase the cost of the medical prescription ? It is sad that google hungry, self trained patients with ego issues who expect doctors to behave in a "Yes Sir" manner rather than a true professional manner falsely paint a patient doctors relationship and inateraction as "arrogance" and end up printing such false reviews.
