You will not know until you enroll yourself in this plan.i have tried lots of diet stuff here and I started but could not finish it either they tell you to eat very little of they just ask you to be on liquid diet, where I have seen people reduce and put on again.Thanks to RUCHI DIET CARE With proper guidance and special diet plan as per my lifestyle, I was able to lose 6 kgs in 4 months.
